Mr. Krishan Dhull, who was born in Rohtak has been involved in politics for more than two decades. A strong believer in the work and teachings of enlightened visionaries like Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya ji, Shri Vinayak Damodar Savarkar ji, Swami Vivekananda ji and many other great thinkers, he decided that stepping into politics is the right way to serve the people, the community and country. Since then, he has been at the forefront of many movements, posts and served as the helmsman of many public/political offices and has
worked day and night to further public interest.

“Bal Mahotsav” was my dream. After putting up a very successful show in the form of “Bal Mahotsav
2018”, the first edition, in 2019 I dreamt of taking it even further beyond. I wanted to fulfil the
dreams of the children of Haryana through “Bal Mahotsav 2019”. This is the very reason we chose
“Kingdom of Dreams, Gurugram”, the best venue of Haryana for the event as a platform for the
children. I and my whole team worked day and night to make “Bal Mahotsav 2019” a success.

“Bal Mahotsav 2019” was a grand festival for children, which was organized by the Haryana State
Council of Child Welfare at the most magnificent venue of North India, “Kingdom of Dreams,
Gurugram”. Organized during the dates 19th-23rd December, 2019, the event’s mission was to
provide a once in a lifetime experience to the children and their parents; hence the theme “A dream
come true.” During the dates, the gates of “Kingdom of Dreams” were open to all free of cost. Also,
the stage of “Kingdom of Dreams”, on which many national and international celebrities have
performed, was provided for the children of Haryana where they showcased their respective talents
and gained inspiration and motivation!

Many arrangements like rides, food, attractions, celebrity performances, games, stalls etc were
made to provide the children with constant and action packed entertainment and convenience
during the 5 days. Schools from every district of Haryana were sent invitations to come and be a part
of this breath-taking experience. It was truly a dream come true for many children of Haryana and
their parents.

More than 2 lakh children participated in Bal Mahotsav 2019! Many notable dignitaries and
celebrities graced the event with their presence. The winners of various competitions including
group and solo dances, speech competition, face painting, clay modelling, dia decoration were
awarded. More than 70 thousand children and their parents arrived on the last day of the festival. A
glimpse of unity in diversity was seen in cultural programs.
